As a marketing services provider, couldn't you have thought of a better name for your Company?
Yes, we could have thought of a better name if we wanted to 'brand' our business, but it's not really about us...it's about our clients, how we represent them, and how we liaise with their key physician and nurse customers. Also...having your Company named after you carries a greater sense of accountability to all stakeholder...that's how we see it.
What single thing does your Company do best?
Consultant Meetings. Advisory Boards. Investigator Meetings. Most healthcare provider facing interactions is where we shine best, imparting a wonderful and enduring customer experience for our Client's prescribers and influencers.
In what therapeutic areas do you have significant expertise?
Well...when you've worked on the agency side for over 15 years you have invariably worked in many many therapeutic areas. However, our core areas would include hematology (rare disease like sickle cell, thalassemia); neurology (MS, Parkinson's), dermatology (clinical focus, such as biologics for psoriasis, topical for acne, rosacea, eczema), psychiatry (antidepressants, antipsychotics, ADHD), and Rheumatology (biologics for RA).
Why do you limit your client base; don't you want to grow your business?
Some businesses are meant to be grown and sold and others not. Our consulting practice falls into the latter category, where we are not interested in growing an agency to attempt to sell it off. Growth comes with challenges and we make a conscious effort to stay small, focused and of course, profitable all while delivering great solutions and service to our clients.
What motivates your Company to do its best for its Clients?
Simply put, success is our greatest motivator. We hate losing....we are competitive...and we always want the best for our clients. That means putting in place all of the required elements for a successful launch before NOC and we continue to work on brands for approximately 18-36 months post commercial availability.
How can you help license a specialty Rx brand into Canada?
Our group would be interested in directly licensing a niche brand into Canada; this means that we would invest our own funds into the venture and / or raise capital, if required.
Alternatively, should a brand not be a good fit for us to directly invest in, we are happy to engage clients on a brokered basis to help them find a partner.
